This is not a workshop. Not a group session. Not a course.

The Poised Lux Structural Intensive is a full-day, private placement focused on installing a new level of design thinking into your work — specific to your anatomy, your market, and your hands.

Mapping Score Framework
The primary focus. Anatomy-led lash map selection based on facial structure — not trends, not templates.

Technique Refinement
Textured technique, divergent fanning control, and bottom lash integration — eyeliner, wispy, hyper-realistic.

Live Execution & Critique
Work on a live model with structured critique in real time. Refinement happens in the doing.

Market Evaluation
Your market is assessed for potential Poised Lux licensing consideration. This is a strategic session, not just a training.
Session Structure
Before
Pre-Work Submission
Client analysis using the Mapping Score framework. Required before the remote session. This is where your preparation is assessed.
Before
60-Min Remote Session
A private video session prior to the training day. We review your pre-work, align on focus areas, and set the framework for the in-person day.
Day Of
Full In-Person Training Day
Hosted at your salon or clinic in Amsterdam. Full-day private intensive with Uni Williams — mapping, technique, live execution, and design refinement.
After
60-Min Post-Training Mentorship
Scheduled within 60 days of your training day. Implementation support, refinement of what you've applied, and next steps for your market.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of your offer to secure your date. Remaining balance is due by August 15, 2026. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future programming within 12 months. Payments accepted via Stripe or international wire transfer.

Licensing
Consideration
Selective licensing consideration is available to established multi-artist salons following in-person evaluation. Licensing is not automatic and is extended at the sole discretion of Poised Lux. Placement in this intensive does not guarantee a licensing offer — it opens the conversation.

Spots are limited to 1–3 training days in Amsterdam. Alignment, preparation, and execution determine access.
