The Poised Lux x Europe intensives are private, one-on-one sessions designed for artists who are ready to move beyond replication and into intentional design.
Each intensive is built around the Poised Lux Mapping Score Framework — an anatomy-led approach to lash design that creates results specific to the individual, not repeated from a template.
Spots are limited. Artists are selected. This is not open enrollment.

Session Structure
What the
intensive

Before
Pre-Work Submission
A client analysis using the Mapping Score framework, submitted before the remote session. This is where your preparation is evaluated — and where the work truly begins.
Before
60-Minute Remote Session
A private video session with Uni Williams prior to the training day. Pre-work is reviewed, focus areas are aligned, and the framework for the in-person day is set.
Day Of
Full In-Person Training Day
Hosted at your salon or clinic. A complete private intensive — structural mapping, technique refinement, live model execution with critique, and market evaluation. This is the center of the experience.
After
60-Minute Post-Training Mentorship
Scheduled within 60 days of your training day. Implementation support, refinement of what you've applied in your market, and next steps — including any licensing conversation.

Pricing is consistent across all three cities. All payments are collected in USD. A 50% deposit secures your date.

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of your offer. Remaining balance is due by August 15, 2026. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future programming within 12 months. Payments accepted via Stripe or international wire transfer.
